Definitely something fishy. Can't be a buyout since it's got a 120B market cap. Somebody is probably unwinding a massive short position, with 1B worth of stock traded today, it's managed to fight the tide. Should be down $5 based on indices and ETF trading. Will probably go up big this afternoon or Monday when the market stops tanking.

Looks like it was a head fake by the market makers to close the gap. It's gonna close that 220 gap sooner or later, nothing escapes the bear.
