Oktober 2026 TDX Levels

Please find attached the TDX analysis for October.
Last week, the Nifty index declined below 22,222, completing its bearish cycle. However, Nifty futures reached a low of 22,321, which does not confirm the end of the bearish phase. For the cycle to be considered complete, Nifty futures would need to fall below 22,222. Otherwise, any subsequent recovery may be viewed as a short-covering rally unless the index manages to stay above 22,500 and later crosses 22,800, with a potential target of 23,400.
Given these conditions, it is advisable to remain prepared to enter the market and focus on companies expected to deliver strong results and guidance. Such companies are likely to experience a rebound.
Maintain 22,222 as a key pivot point and consider investing in companies with promising forecasts. If the index falls below 22,222, it may be prudent to pause and wait for a new setup before re-entering.
