HISTORY REPEATS, previous recession discounted 60 percent of of our benchmark Index Nifty(as shown in the chart from 6329 to 2212) 2008 recession started from January 2008 this time also the markets have started falling from Jan 2020. As per my basic understanding previously the markets reversed after 14 months of down time this time also i expect the market to reverse after discounting around 60 percent for a span of 14 months(Jan 2020 - Apr 2021)
I doubt this will happen this time... Its not showing recession signals.

The drama of recession will open with a company with money laundering or any other case. Then macro economic factors will start tightening the flexibility of corporate. Govt will bring some policies which will make business slow down. Usually there is around 12year cycle between recessions.
