Yes the weekly shows how they keep pushing, if the resistance is broke in the weekly the stock will come down.

In the short-term it looks like its going to go down, but its coming down based on no news. On top of that, earnings is coming up with an expected positive EPS. With that in mind, I would not short this stock pre-earnings. Maybe short it after earnings are released and Nio cools down.
