NKE AFTER EARNINGS DIC 2025

256

Price is still trading inside a descending channel, and the last bounce stalled into overhead supply around 69–70. That area is acting as a rejection / distribution zone: each push higher is being met with sell pressure, keeping price capped under the downtrend.

Key structure

Resistance / supply: 70 (first cap) then 75 (major cap). A clean reclaim of 70 shifts momentum and opens the path to test 75.

Mid-zone magnet: 69–62 is a key overhead imbalance/range. When price is below it, it often acts like a ceiling; when reclaimed, it becomes a runway for continuation.

Support / demand: 63–58 is the critical holding zone. This is where price is currently finding bids; if it breaks, downside expands quickly.

Deeper supports: 55 then 52, with 50 as the broader demand reference (notable institutional buying interest shows up around that area).

Institutional flow read (distribution vs absorption)

The repeated failure near 69–70 suggests distribution (sellers using rallies to unload into liquidity).

The 58–63 area looks like absorption (buyers defending, catching sell programs). The “large buy interest near ~50” reinforces that institutions may be willing to support dips, but only if structure holds.

Targets

Upside targets (bull case):

70 (reclaim + acceptance)

75 (major resistance / next distribution pocket)
Extension only if momentum flips: 90 becomes the larger swing magnet, but it requires holding above 75 first.

Downside targets (bear case):

55 (first support)

52 (next support)
If panic/liquidity sweep: 50 (major demand reference)

Execution idea (simple swing plan)

Bullish trigger: daily close back above 69–70 + acceptance → target 75 (trail if strong).
Invalidation: losing 63–62 after reclaim.

Bearish trigger: breakdown and daily close below 58 → targets 55 → 52 (and potentially 50 on acceleration).
Invalidation: reclaiming 62–63 quickly and holding.

Bottom line: NKE is still a downtrend until 70 is reclaimed. As long as 58–63 holds, dips can be absorbed for a rebound attempt; lose it, and the path of least resistance shifts to 55/52.
