Leadership is crucial as a wrong move can be deadly as in Nike case! The previous managment cut ties with retail partners like Foot Locker to focus on DTC sales !
It's China operation is also not doing well and facing competition from local chinese brands like Anta and Li-Ning. It's financial performance is also disappointing !
Although recently Tim Cook has showed some confidence by investing 1m shares in this Company, I think it is a short term spike at best.
I am still in the red and won't be adding to it. Let's see 3-6 months from now if there is any change !
