I am really fascinated by this project. This token allows users to create custom networks across the internet. The network should be going live within the next few months.
It's tough to do a proper technical analysis of this chart because there is hardly any volume. NOIA is still in its very early stages. However, Altcoins are looking pretty bullish right now and it looks like this chart is forming an Inverse Head and Shoulders that could take it to new highs if it does break out.
