Long $NOK - strong balance sheet, profitable and pays dividend!!

Most investors chase NVDA, TSLA PLTR but only few ask, who builds the communication backbone for robot factories?

That is what NOK is involved in.

Most people I knew, they associate Nokia with cell phones. Today, Nokia is a completely different business. Nokia's strength lies on 5G infrastracture, private industrial networks, factory automation connectivity and defense communication.

The company's business is becoming important because many automated factories now install private 5G networks instead of relying on Wi-Fi. Imagine a factory with 500 autonomous robots, AGVs (autonomous mobile robots), drones and AI cameras, all of these needs ultra-low latency.

Ultra low latency means data travel from one device to another with no almost no delay. This is so important in today's technology.

This is why I'm bullish $Nokia. Nokia is an important part of the robotics ecosystem. It helps to provide the communication infrastructure that allows to operate the robots with high efficiency and safely.

What's the downside of this?

Nokia's revenue growth is slower compare to many AI companies therefore this company is a value play and not a hyper-growth play. Don't expect that this will be the next 10x bagger.

I am still considering this in my Robotics and Automation portfolio and I will keep adding to that level ($9-$12) as our core position was started at the average of $7.
