This is a company that takes a multimodal approach towards pain management through management of emotions as a hype stressed state can lead to more perceived pain, which may include mindfulness and multiple coping strategies. They tackle the social aspect through such as taking into account of their culture and social support system they have in place ( family and friends to help out), socioeconomic status. They may provide nerve blocking injections, lidocaine and medical cannabis. Essentially a holistic approach is used to help a person manage pain while reducing the need for opioids. They also include telemedicine in their model to manage pain, so you have the chronic pain sector and telemedicine sector that have a bullish future.
What's also shocking is that their current market cap at 0.77 is 33.2 million dollars, but their revenue for 2018 was 40 million~ 2019 ~50 million and based on their thirds quarter it states " For the nine months ended September 30, 2020, total medical services revenue was $34.8 million compared to $36.6 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2019."
So it's about the same, though lagging a bit, but still considering it's market cap its undervalued.
On top of that they raised 10 million dollars through a bought deal at 0.9 and you have insider buying at 0.8, so even if we disregard the technical you're getting a pretty good deal , as they are cashed up (not reflected in marketcap) and you are paying for a price to earnings ratio of less than one ,while getting a better price than than the insiders. Due to the type of business this is and also due to it being undervalued, this may make them a prime candidate to be bought by one of the bigger telemedicine companies like WELL or DOC.
As for TA, We have a wedge that resembles a descending right triangle, but based on the reasons listed above, I see no reason why this will break bearish. but near the apex we can see there is bullish divergence on the rsi,macdhistogram and macd moving averages. looking like it's primed for a breakout soon.
