Many factors come in to play, such as presidency, especially in 2028 (highlighted in green). I believe that 2024 the market will bottom at 7800-11000 depending on which political party wins election. IF blue wins, market goes down further to lower purple or 9000 area. if RED wins market pulls back hard and roars up. Regardless, market bottoms here and either moves sideways and slightly up, slowly (DEM WINS) or Roars up towards new highs (REP WINS).
