1st idea this is a simple formation of heand and shoulder pattern with positive risk to reward ratio. however from experience head and shoulders tend to be unrealiable to trade with acution
the 2nd idea this is a gartley pattern formation which in my opinion can be realiable but again nothing is guaranteed
