breakout from a falling wedge Long

It seems like numi breaking out from the falling wedge and Macd is crossing. Would love to see the sector come back!!!
I believe the financing deal is at 1.25 so way below that price.

I’d love to see a break above 1.25. This, IMO, would look like the return of an uptrend. Until then I dont feel safe getting in.
