The yellow rectangular movement is lateral, followed by an increase. The second strong rising wave, albeit momentum, is far below the pulse wave characteristics. The acceleration of movement is indicated by the steeper ATR axis (purple line). The second target rate may be around 10 usd levels.

@meszaros, I imagine that the magnitude of the risk is related to the position size at entry. I think of risk as a probability of adverse outcome. The magnitude of the risk therefore depends on the position size; not just the adverse probability.

These analyzes are based on a mathematical probability calculated for 10 years. Fully unique and standalone system. There are, of course, adaptations to those theories that are based on wave theory. For example, Elliot wave theory, ATR axis theory, Birger strategy ... etc. We often get the criticism that these are drawn-back lines.
