How do you define the breakout? A daily close or 4H should be enough?
(4H candles yesterday were not enough to confirm - the breakout reversed).

@kiero, check similar traits in 2018-03-20, and tell us what you find out, okay? (monitor in lower time frame H1, and judge if you can wait H4; if breakdown is fast enough, H1 can help you get in earlier) Also try check out WT's other education training about corrective pattern breakout...if not, you gotta pay for the course. His taught is solid and worthy. {Hint: think about how to judge the strength of the breakout...and where and when pull back happens or not happen...and why}
