In my opinion, this wasn’t a good set up. If it we go out to the weekly time frame, you can see there’s a heavy momentum toward the down side. And in the daily time frame there’s a marubozu pushing the price further down. Furthermore, simple trend lines would’ve indicated that the price was near a resistance and would’ve been a good option to stay out of the trade.
