There are a number of possibilities depending on your strategy or ability to handle risk. Sell the pullback or sell the breakout . Make sure you have a strategy on how to do either before you trade.

Yes it may fall, but if you were in the webinar you would have heard me say i would close this sell and reopen a new one based on a different strategy. That is why I very often tell traders to trade their OWN strategy. ( a tested strategy) That way you know what the RULES are for every trade based on the strategy.
