Yup ur right B-point is closer to 0618 but it did not touch.
depending what is ur rules for bat & gartley ... it can be either one.
For me, Bat must be
B must touch 50 but must not touch 61.8
C leg must touch atleast 38.2
For gartley
B must touch 61.8

Can you tell me why you consider this pattern a bat and not a gartley?
It looks to me that the B-point retracement has come closer to the 0.618.
Also the confluence of harmonic support levels is much stronger at the 0.786 XA retracement.
