Not suprisingly Kiwi continued its decent during and after the RBNZ press conference and most likely it will drop towards the 0.8100 figure. From there, things could get a bit tricky.
Taking into account the current price action it is not a good idea to buy immediately when price reaches the area but it is a good place to start looking for further clues what might happen next.

Watching this one closely!
It looks like a possible bullish shark to me around 0.8136 88.6%, although if it could get down to 0.80981, I would buy it for a rally to 0.8290 if not 0.8467

There is one on EURUSD weekly right now as well so it could well be that USD pulls back for a bit while the crosses rally and then continues higher..
Very possible. Most of the major pairs: EURUSD, GBPUSD, NZDUSD & AUDUSD look a bit stretched but this definitely does not mean that they cannot continue lower.
This week, it is very important to look how the markets move before the FOMC presser on Wedensday. We could get some clues, how the market is positioning for the event.
it seems that kiwi reluctant to fall any further below than 0.8160. Been strolling there up an down. Will it retrace around 0.816 before drop to 0.811?
Be very careful in picking tops/bottoms in commodity currencies (NZD,AUD,CAD) as they tend to travel quite a lot in a fairly slow pace and that often enough creates a situatsion where it seems that the price is tired and wants to reverse but... after some consolidation, it just continues in the original direction.

Thanks. still NZD in bearish trend. Will there be any retracement around this level?
Very difficult to say. I'm not expecting anything to happen today. Week is almost over, so most likely the price will just continue to drift lower.
