OGEN 4 Hour Chart
In the 4-hour chart we can see a nice and decent stairs pattern. I know that people who bought in $1.50s will be concerned about the Stock Price right now and day traders probably will be mad.
But if you look the big picture since Jun 24th, 2020 the stock price bulls are in control. Candles had been trading above that SMA 200 (the green line) and probably will go higher before Earning Report.
RSI did a cool down and right now is in 49 near the bounce back area of the last 2 times. MACD is getting closer to the area of curl up and those last 4 candles are telling that something is changing in that down trend.
Why I’m Bullish?
1.) COVID-19 Vaccine.
2.) Acquisition of Noachis Terra
3.) The Company is above $1 bid with a good volume. (Probably NYSE Compliance soon).
4.) Company have the possibility of receiving BARDA funds and you can see that in the Form DEF 14A
5.) The company is in a accelerate Development program for the Vaccine.
6.) National Institutes of Health (the “NIH”) created stabilized pre-fusion spike protein (CoV-2 S-2P) licensed by the Company has generated neutralizing antibodies in mice during immunization against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
7.) Most Analytic give a price target AVG of $2.50
Meeting Information
I hold position on it and I’m Long with the company and I wish you all of you good luck. Trade with careful and smart. On August 21th, 2020 they will have a meeting for the following purpose:
• To elect six (6) Directors of the Company to serve until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders;
• To conduct a non-binding advisory vote on executive compensation;
• To approve the issuance of up to 9,200,000 shares of Common Stock upon the exercise of the NTI Transaction Warrants;
• To ratify the selection of Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. as the Company’s independent auditors for the year ending December 31, 2020; and
• To transact such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting.
Opinion
I’m planning to hold the stock for long term or a $15 Price Target. I think the COVID-19 is something that is changing everybody lifestyle and affecting vulnerable people. If the company have positive result in the trials and get an FDA Clearance will be profitable because of the sales of the vaccines.

Did a mistake in the point #3 in why I'm Bullish on this stock. They never received a Non Compliance letter. So they will not receive a letter of compliance. Sorry for the mistake.
