@toner, Thanks. I am not sure if you want to be long or short. I would still be thinking of selling the stock. Earnings of 0.62 slightly beat expectations however it is still less than the prior quarter of 0.89. If you have not sold prior to the earnings release do not chase the price. Your stop loss would have to be at prior high and this would give a poor risk to reward trade. This impulsive move down has erased the gains for the past 2 weeks. I would wait for a corrective move up and look for the next impulsive move down. If you think that next week is going to be a bearish week then wait patiently for the correction (flag pattern for example) before selling. Thanks for the comment and happy trading.
