Whats happening with this stock, why is it struggling like this? Inflation & timing?

@responsibleSea48545, I think the main reason is that people are waiting for them to break ground again and start production. The problem is they are buying up multiple old mining assets without actually finishing previous projects. I understand their reason to control as much of these assets as possible, however, it is leaving some doubt in people's minds as to whether they will get the projects off the ground and if their analysis of the remaining mine sizes is correct.
I must admit, I was hoping to see some positive results from their scope of work for the OPC due diligence now in September, but they haven't released that data yet. I think we will see some big moves now in October/November when they release their findings. Or we will see a further downward slide if those findings were poor.
