PAY looks like a fantastic mid term opportunity (2-3 month hold). Very low price at the moment and the price has recently closed above the kumo, for the first time in five months. Bullish sign. Stoch allows for a lot of growth. I'd like to see the RSI build support above 50 and for the symmetrical triangle to breakout with volume.
