Virus will not ruin hotel industry, don't be fooled! - Hot buy Long

Park Hotels & Resorts Inc.NYSE

Description

The country will be TEMPORARILY cooped up and Covid-19 WILL PASS. Millions of Americans with cabin fever will want to GET AWAY, make no mistake.

As stated in earlier posts, of course the pandemic will inflict a cost, but these prices are ridiculously low--a total overreaction. Don't trash a stock like this because of a storm that will blow over.

Three words here: PENT UP DEMAND! Operate ahead of the herd, don't be a sheep!

Full disclosure - I am building a long position because I believe in the medium term this is a solid pick! Buy em and hold em forever!

hello, given today's price at 8 dollar do you still think this is a solid buy?

@rayrayhammer, I can't give investment advice, but just look at the chart. Look how stable we were prior to covid. EVERYONE will have a bad quarter or two, but I believe we'll see a total recovery. I am a buy-and-hold type, so I'm slowly building positions.

I am thinking we'll have one more run for the bottom. I won't be surprised if DJI runs down to 16.5K and bounces, I have cash on standby if that happens. That will pull many things down for another dip. That being said, in the longer term, and just looking at the chart, $8.00 is still CHEAP.

@PhilippeDelpCFA, the market is understandably fidgety. Everyone crying over the stimulus and how it was shutdown by the dems..Then more selling by reactionaries. Utter stupidity and irrationality.

Many are operating under the assumption that they can pour their money back into the markets when 'things get better.' They certainly can, but they will be the capital appreciation for investors who operate in the future. In my mind the stimulus and virus have passed.

Lots of folks sheltering in place and FEELING like the world has ended. These feelings drive poor decisions.

Wise investors should buy ahead of the recovery. We buy the better days ahead.
