First off, Palantir has way too much float to be manipulated much.....especially by WallStreetBets. Secondly, this is a very normal pattern. Each of those "dumps" was the open of that day and Palantir always moves up/down quite a bit at the open. This was just a down leg for the stock, no nefarious action or insidious explanation needed. People were selling because they assumed it was going lower. A pattern is a pattern, though, and there is always a way to profit from it if you're on the right side of the market.
