POE is forming a triangle. RCI red (short) and green (long) are upward tendency. Even though blue (middle) is downward, but since po.et project is now going well, the red will push up it unless BTC collapse.

Unfortunately BTC collapse. It'll take some time to recover all alt coins including POE.
