Most of the people are buying atlas token but the things they forget about Polis is more important than atlas.
Here is why, Axie infinity when it starts AXS wasn't worth that much too, they just made some updates about AXS token in-game and axie nearly made 1000x so, the atlas will take part in the game a lot buying selling earning repairing ship, etc. But players will earn atlas not polis with time atlas will lose value and Polis earn more value as a governance token and also a limited number of tokens. not like an atlas. ( I have heard people saying atlas also limited but when you compare atlas and SLP token nearly same even atlas has more than SLP so go and check how is SLP chart looking like and AXS )
If it will make 10-11 dollar range support it will move to the 16-20k region. accumulating nearly 3 months. and with metaverse hype, this is the most important play to earn game which didn't move much because FTX have it in the futures( which they pumped fist then short it to let people sell their coin cheap to buy by exchanges )
ps. if it will have pull back before making the 10-11 range support you can buy partly to accumulate.
Unlike SLP, Atlas has a cap limit, I believe we'll see a rally in the coming weeks..although in the long term I agree with you, Polis is better..but for the short term Atlas is getting more hype..

@RodRiso1988, yeah I have been told that atlas has a cap but the point is that when you compare a number of the total coins of SLP and atlas, now atlas is more than slp. short-term yes hype and buying ship etc but when people start to earn atlas in-game price will be stable or get lower but polis will rise parabolic :)
