1. POWR has been on retrace since January. 2. Weekly chart shows 3 points of Oversold RSI and bullish divergence. 3. POWR looks poised to climb. 4. Each previous time is has run pretty hard 5. Need to see weekly close of this last candle as we have at the end of a down trend a hammer, inverted hammer, and now a candle that looks like neither bears or bulls are making any headway. One side or other is going to get control. If the divergence in the RSI is any indication we should soon see an engulfing candle soon.
