Quantum looks to be gaining traction beyond some other Alts. Been scalping from the bottom, adding to HODL bag along the way. Zooming out the bigger picture shows some targets to look for.
Of course, this assumes Crypto stays alive and thrives again. So until that is proven (say BTC above 6k again), scalps are best. QTUM at these prices needs very little capital to start bagging.
6000 sats has proven itself quite well per my Plot below,. 4500 sats may not happen again but would be great buy. 8500 sats is obvioius next resistance pinged once already.

@EuroMotif, Last dump make me disbelieve of this coin, but I still want to create assumption and conspiracy theory:
1. QTUM very big bag holders made agreement with Whales to pump it which that is: They will pump if they can buy in very low price (Pump cost - dump cost = profit)
2. Whales put buy order at low price
3. QTUM bag holders dump till reach the target price which whales asked
4. Whales pump immediately
5. Now whales strict on TA to do resistance breakout
