Romarco mines breakout pattern Long

Based on previous noticed pattern, I have predicted that Romarco stocks will continue a consolidation pattern for a few weeks, then breakout in a bullish pattern. Buy at (currently) ~$0.82, sell at ~$1.10

Sept 19 there was a large drop and lots of volume. Possibly someone owned quite a few shares and sold to buy BABA (IPO day)?
