For a month I have been recommending RAX (starting just above23) I have stressed the likelihood of a deal and called to add to positions on pullbacks along the way. The bidding has probably been going on behind the scene and should now be entering the public arena. I expect the following: If only a private equity buyer 35 (least likely) if one corporate buyer 40 (probable) if multiple corporate suitors 45 (possible) Enjoy the ride.
