REEF will pivot off the 0.008 FIB before attempting any attempt back up. If it cannot breakout upwards it will continue its descent downwards and could fall as low as 0.00003 . RSI is EXTREMELY low so now actually looks like an okay time to purchase , It's in a VERY "undervalued" oversold position and that coupled with the Elliot Wave Oscillator , makes this sort of look like 0.005 to 0.01 could be this Coins bottom. @tonio75017, Hard to tell at this current moment. I really think we all should be holding our breath until an actual product releases. Once that does and we get a feel for how well it does or does not work , from there we can guage where this coin may be headed. If it overperforms or outpreforms it will increase and obviously if it underperforms we will be headed even lower imho. I think it will trade semi sideways until we see something concrete in the way of a finished product. Thanks! Hope this answered your question.

hi, thanks for another helpful post mate.
so it bottomed out at .009320 and pushed sideways at .009360 till the last half hour.
is that a sign that it is time to buy (assuming it drops back to around the .9360 area)?

@crypticfenian, No problem, yes it is currently moving up. In my opinion this is just previous buyers who the price bottomed out on and they are trying to force up the price. It will eventually collapse on them unless they have unlimited purchasing power. This is just an opinion . Thanks! I think it will trade sideways at the 0.008 to 0.01 range until a finished product is released.
