REGI, TIME TO BUY?

Long
NASDAQ:REGI   None
Hello fellow traders and investors, here's another trade idea.
REGI has recently pulled back to the new support area, if REGI makes a full recovery it offers a 65% ROI.

Technicals:
The Macd indicates that it's oversold and is still in a downtrend
The EMA's are in a downtrend

When To Buy:
The first option is to buy right now since we are in a support area this could be a good buy however if you want to be more conservative then I recommend buying when EMA's crossover and when the Macd crosses its EMA .

When To Sell:
I recommend selling at its previous high which offers around a 65% ROI.

Fundamentals: Renewable Energy Group, Inc. is a holding company, which engages in the production and trade of biofuel and renewable chemicals. REGI is sitting at a P/E of 25, debt/equity of 0.06, EPS this year of -68%, EPS next year of 25%, sales growth of -46% Q/Q, and a short float of 13%. The difference between biodiesel and diesel is that biodiesel is made from renewable resources that are largely plant-based, with their energy coming from the sun instead of fossil fuels. These feedstocks are diverted waste or byproducts from other industries, giving them new life. That helps biodiesel emit fewer greenhouse gases. In fact, biodiesel’s lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions are up to 86% lower than those of petroleum diesel. We are moving towards electric vehicles so biodiesel isn't a good long-term investment in the longer term.

Rating: 20/100, the technical setup is pretty good however their fundamentals are messy and the industry that they are operating in still produces emissions so it can't compete with electric-powered solutions and for that reason, it got 20/100.

NOTE: If it meets your criteria add it to your watchlist however be aware that investors will be rotating to more sustainable solutions like electricity.

I hope you enjoyed this quick analysis and many more to come.
