The news is there partner has just be bought out much larger entity HLB Consortium. With that news the possibility of acquisition by HLB Consortium also.

AS we strengthen I am looking for a break out of the very long base that would take us through .315 area and with that .60 and w e will challenge the highs. As chartist we must assume that news is driving the buying so my target has been raised to $3.00
As projected the bottming action is complete and we begin to see shoots on the upside. This upside volume comes from positive news on the approval of Tb4.
