At this point RSR is on the bottom line of a huge pennant, by book's rules, once it'll break out this should blast price over previous ATH. If you enter now I think it's safe to say you have more chances to make money rather than to lose them. The project is widely spread in some south american nation so it has adoption.
On multiple timeframes I saw various divergences and on daily timeframe VLPR shows that control line right now is in the same position of that between end of September and beginning of October where price bounced upward.
