BSV is the fractured Jedi Order

Ravencoin / US DollarBinance

Description

Ok guys I need some help here.
I hold only 150 BSV, and at the end of the year I plan to sell 90% of all of my crypto into USD.
SO
Why trade only BSV this year when I plan to sell it anyway? Clearly the darkside has taken control of the galaxy for now.

Why buy into the Jedi?
LONG Senator Palpatine, Shitcoins, RVN
SHORT Qui Gon Jinn, BitCoin, BSV

I am actually preparing to split my cash into two coins here.
I am only putting half back into BSV.

I am currently thinking RVN because it did so well earlier this year.
DOGE market cap is just too high to consider. I mean it's almost $100 billion. It can't even 10x this year. 1 trillion doge market cap is just not something i can comprehend.

I wanted to go 100% back into BSV, but I just can't do it.
Not enough scammers, too much innovation.
Not enough diamond hand scrub hodl.

RVN has like 3-4x as many redditors, nice small blocksize, they have higher chance to be listed on coinbase, smaller marketcap.
BSV is such a better coin than RVN, that I think it is dumb to invest more into BSV.

Craig Wright is the leader of BSV, and he openly says he does not care about price. He is interested in building and doing useful things. BEARISH
Elon Musk is the leader of DOGE, he openly pumps the coin, openly talks about how it is a scam. He has no intention of doing anything useful with it. Pure ponzi, BULLISH
Idiots are the leader of RVN, small blocksize, stupid diamond hands all over reddit, no intention of ever scaling, higher market cap will mean higher transaction fees. baby level ponzi so far. BULLISH

$250,000 into BSV
$250,000 into RVN
Plan is to keep 10% of total USD value in BSV when I finally sell out at end of year.
If i make it to $2,000,000, I will hold $200,000 worth of BSV and sell all other BSV and RVN into USD for the bear market.

What do you guys think?
I think I have a good mix of scam with quality.
Enough scam to make money and not be upset.
Enough BSV to be happy if Craig Wright breaks out his giant satoshi epeen this year.

Since you decided to diversify why would you keep all eggs in two baskets only? Aint that much better than one only IMHO with loads of projects out there.

Actually I am about to decrease a BSV holdings in my girlfriend's portfolio as I have similar conclusions as you - looking at it against ETH/MKR/LINK/DASH she also has - id did not much so far and BSV is a bigger chunk of portfolio percentage than mentioned ones (except for ETH). This set is not too aggresive although I was counting on some help from BSV side here actually but so far it lags behinf. Still counting on it but if it goes as well as it used to than even half of it will bring some acceptable profits :)

Guess it was Buffet saying not to buy what you like but what market likes. I could sit on bags of great project which never lifts off - not very cool if my goal is to invest to increase my fav project holdings and/or USD value.

Mid/low cap projects with some recognizable creators, cooperations and exchange listings to come (like on coinbase etc.) + that have some marketing and community are known catalysts. Possibly you know it better than i do :)

I keep my fingers crossed for you as prayers are not my strong side unless improvised ;)

@schizaar, well I really get a lot of extra stress having to watch over multiple positions. I like to have 1 or two charts to focus on and I feel like I can time the top and bottom much better.

And they all pretty much do the exact same thing to different %s.

I guess I could look for 1 more possibly, I'll see what I find.

@Wrok, basically the more thin we go the lower ROI we tend to get yet risk is lower as per diversification and vice versa. Perhaps finding a sweet spot between diversification on more risky and shureshot positions will be the first step. As you mentioned - they do similar things so the top could be timed alike.

Tide rises all boats yet with different percentages - agreed - and RVN is still a good one in terms of %. DeFi and exchange tokens (FTX, OKB, BNB, 1INCH) show a lot of strength. SOL is a good buy also and SAKETOKEN, TRUESWAP are after first waves showing what more they could do.

Marty has a selection of some ideas here and in his other posts:
which seems a bit aligned with your old strategy - picking sleepers with high potential.

Also some ppl go full XRP which sounds just as crazy risky as going full BSV :) - top cap with law issues holding it price action low so staying behind the market and under whale accumulation I believe.

Hope this helps, take care!
