SAND/USD downward wedge and profit prediction zone

SAND / US DollarBinance

Description

When the price broke the upper trend line of the wedge my prediction for the profit taking zone was 38% from the bottom of the wedge, based on the using the price range measuring tool to measure the open end of the wedge which was 38% at 23 bars. This time was dead on as we can now see retracement once 38% increase happened.

leaning towards short term bearish, looking for confirmation on what appears to be a evening doji star and strong volume

Hello and thank you for sharing your idea which I read with particular interest.
Please can you tell me the names of your indicators as its exactly the ones I've been looking for but been unsure of the names and I'm lost in TV's lists. I wish there were more novice type UI options eg simplified view!

I've had Sandbox on my radar ready to buy following it's general upward trend. I'm pleased I held off!
I'm a trading novice just getting into TradingView.

Many thanks.

@markjonathannewby, I am using the 10 10 EMA/MA crossover by @HPotter which I believe includes the hollow candles with volume v volume moving avg, if it's not include its def his indicator as well you can find by searching shared indicators. I have added the MACD index signal to the bottom and I am using DEMA 200 and DEMA 50 looking for a short term crossover (50 over 200) for bullish signal. With the EMA/MA you are looking for the MA to cross up over the EMA for bullish signal, and vice versa. The EMA is more sensitive to price movement v the simple MA. The bollinger bands I will have to check back on exactly which one and which parameters I am using. With the MACD index you are looking for blue to cross up over red.
