SBFM - Sunshine Biopharma Doing BIG Things! Long

Description

Always DYOR and understand the dynamics of these OTC stocks (known for pump & dump) but the fundamentals here are what will ultimately drive Sunshine Biopharma to return to it's formerly glorious highs but for now, it's relegated to the fractional levels that we see. On it's face, it looks like a no-brainer . . company shedding debt, increasing earnings (still no real profitability) BUT, a recent patent publication and a litany of amazing solutions in the areas of drug-resistant cancers, COVID-19, etc. But don't take my word for it . . check it out . .

Caveat Emptor - The evil corporate empire will probably try to keep this one squashed and on the DL with massive shorting (if I had to guess) and for several reasons

1. Competition
2. Cancer is big business and people that cure it tend to go away quickly
3. Keep the price low with the help of WS peckerwoods for a cheaper acquisition

Again, I don't render professional investment advice, I just read charts and try to tie the fundamentals into a more complete picture. The Fib channel looks attractive in an uptrend, we just got a nice bump up above the 50/200 EMA and we know what kind of price history this beauty has so it's worth an add. I've got a DCA bag and will LTBH it for either a buyout or until the WS woods drive it to zero, whatever the outcome . . no risk, no reward.

Good luck!

Gonna just drop this for ya. The lower Fib channel can always break down BUT, it's probably worth holding LTBH even if goes south. I'd take 50% at the target and then see how it fares from there.

Looks like SBFM is now SBFMD and is headed to the Nasdaq. They reverse split the stock 1/200 so it's now trading around $8.88 and has good upside potential even if they are planning another offering. Good luck my dudes!

Just don't forget that Phase I and II clinical trials are $13 mil on average and the avg cost of Phase III is $19 mil.

This patent is no doubt good news, but these drugs are going to be in the clinical trial pipeline for years
FudBox
@MoneyOrForexInMyName, Good input, you're right except that this one isn't going to play out the long clinical game. Pf___r will buy them out waaaay ahead of anything they might have done organically. It'll be at $40 sooner than BTC hits 100k ;)
MoneyOrForexInMyName
@FudBox, Good point, and yea we won't see 100k btc until next year :D

What are your thoughts on Shionogi? they're a pharma company in Japan that just launched clinical trials for a protease inhibitor for treating Rona (which is also what Sunshine Biopharm's drug is). SGIOY is sittin at around $15 right now

@MoneyOrForexInMyName, well it's got dividends & earnings, moderately priced, not crazy about the daily volume but it's relatively undiscovered territory. Anything for the Rona will draw interest however, I've seen deep dark agreements that establish Pfi's (et al) lock on the market with their proprietary sauces so alt trx's aren't ever going to get a fair shake. My interest in SBFM has more to do with their cancer trx. Just like G/\tes bought Sur/\min off the market (/\utism cure, antodote to prote|n sp|kes), you can bet that Pfi will buy SBFM off the market just to squash it or keep it for the uber wealthy. Remember, anything that actually cures anything or that does anything clinically meaningful is super expensive (insulin, anti malarial drugs like Mepron, etc.)

@FudBox, I like the way you think 👍 Adva-27a does sound promising even in it's early studies (ex pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23060568/)

It'll be interesting to see how P__er's protease inhibitor they've got in Phase 2 will compare with SBFM's. Nice find!!
FudBox
@MoneyOrForexInMyName, I'll dig through my archive for a memo I saw but long short is that SBFM dropped press that could have put them in litigation with Pfi which didn't happen. This led us to believe that Pfi had an interest already. They have a legal dept with an annual budget alone that eclipses SBFM' entire revs so they could have punished em but didn't. Interesting huh?
