Is this what it means cause if it does I should get out correct? A market is said to be in a Squeeze (i.e. lack of market volatility or movement) when the Bollinger Bands contract such that they fit inside of the Keltner Channel. This is usually further characterized by price consolidation (i.e. sideways or ranging market conditions)

This is really a long setup... looking for a volatility squeeze from the lack of movement over the last couple of weeks. IMO given the right amount of buying volume could trigger a rapid cover from shorts.
