After bottoming in December Spectra is pushing up against resistance at 36.50. Good volume and heavy uptrend indicate that it is only a matter of time before this stock continues to go up. This is a wonderful long term hold stock as it has a great dividend and is undervalued by most analyst estimates. The price crashed with oil as the energy sector tanked but, most of Spectra's profits are from long term locked in contracts that do not fluctuate with oil or natural gas prices.
