Here are some of the deflationary causes.

- Swedish corona handling
- Unopened theme parks
- Mass firings on the way (less spending)
- Swedes can't travel and spend
due to fear of the fake virus
- interest rate increased 2020
- bombings and rapes create fear
(deflationary)
- housing sales on market
increased 28% compared to
year ealier. A housing crash is
deflationary
- Swedish krona internationally
regarded a safe haven during
bad times globally (deflationary)
- Cash free society in sweden
generated no free market
(black market), and stops money
velocity from increasing
(deflationary)

Will this prove to be yet another example of how socialism failed?

Unemployment in Sweden is increasng the most in Scandinavia at the moment (currently at 9.2%). There's a new word in sweden that mixes the swedish word for "home" and "vacation", implying that noone is travelling around, i.e. not wasting money. Also the pension payments was decided to be decreased with 2%, further putting on deflationary pressure (note that the elderly are the biggest net consumers and that these 2% is like lowering the salary like double on everyone that also produce). They are doing the stupidest thing they possible can to create a total economic breakdown. I wonder when the Swedish people will start begging for money, begging for inflation, begging for what the government truthfully want to give, but because of the karmic consequences has to be asked for.
Comment:
The effort by Swedish prime minister to increase fuel taxes is doomed to fail. To me it seems like there is a desperation to create inflation (CPI) where fuel taxes is included. Ultimately I think these efforts will fail, resulting in an even deeper deflation. What's the solution then? There is none...
