Hedge Fund opened a 1.6M position on 04-09. This is close to the all time low and that's a huge stake in a relatively small company. With past history of Hedge Fund purchasing before huge price action, I am willing to bet a few dollars. Also it seems like a legit company. You can even track where their ships are in real time!
