We have historic levels of quantitative easing and stimulus, leaving the thesis open for anti inflationary holdings.
While gold floats and decides what to do, Silver waits for gold to move so that she can attack her many many upside targets. In my opinion, this is a better precious metal buy as a growth play at this moment than the strong and steady gold.

@meeturvish, I am holding my silver position which I purchased 8 months ago. But if you are not in precious metals, in my opinion the best time to buy is yesterday and the next best time is today.
