I'm just killing it with my trailer park bets today, lol. On a down day for the market at that.
WIth housing prices at ridiculous levels, I think affordable housing will do OK even in a downturn. I cashed out of CVCO but left the profits to ride, plan to do the same here.

Sold 90% of my shares, letting the profits ride. 8% jump on CVCO earnings, gotta take the easy money here, especially since I got in when it was in the red this morning.
Fed meeting tomorrow, don't want to be fully loaded going into that.

Sold for $30.95 AH.
There might be resistance at $31. Kept 75 shares for long term with the profits.
Done playing with this for now, this trade made me even for the day, balancing out SMSI dropping today.

Figured it was gonna whipsaw today, pattern looks similar to the Feb earnings, will probably waffle next week then start heading up to ATH.
All kidding aside, trailer parks are doing big time business right now due to housing prices. Poor people gotta live somewhere... look at SUI (don't chase it though). I should have bought that a long time ago, I always wanted to own a trailer park, lol.
Note: CVCO and SKY make mobile and modular homes, they do not own trailer parks.

Got the gap fill from the earnings jump, no reason why it should head down any farther, poor people gotta live somewhere....
Dropped back into this trade, should be up at least a buck by Friday, if not two. Probably cashing out again before Friday either way. No telling what's gonna happen over the weekend.
