Using various Fibonacci Retracements and Time Zones. I am estimating a retracement zone/time if the October 28th catalyst doesn't yield explosive results. Due to large institutional holdings, SSR, and covering of short positions we should have a move back up gradually in the short term. RSI is entering oversold regions as well. Aside from this I am long for positive results as production begins in a year or so.
