is how immediately they take away the gains,
.....that seemed just there.
Have you noticed that slight of hands occurring yet ?
S+P gapped up on the OPEN today,
and immediately ran up to the high of 2674.35
From there, it has just been a constant drip back down,
as sellers enter the market, to unload their shares,
that the early rally had given them the opportunity to get out.
The longer a bear market drags on, investors/traders will become
increasingly desperate, taking a loss on a long position that they never dreamed possible,
simply because they firmly believe that price is never going to get back up to
to their purchase price, so they willingly accept the loss, and simply walk away.
The characteristic of a bear market is how insidious this same process,
keeps repeating itself over and over, until at some point,
much further TIME and PRICE wise down the road,
when finally everyone who is going to sell + capitulate,
will have finally done so,,
and then the market can start going up again :)
Thank you. That's very nice of you to say :)
I'm flat at the moment, looking for a possible retest of 2620.
