the problem is that even if this is right we will need an "event trigger" to ignate such move. automatized trading is so long-biased that without an initial panic sell-off initiated with an unscheduled event we will systematically go back to upside. this is exactly what happened since december, nobody understands why it went so high so fast .... because there is nothing to understand but the stubborness of automated trading and its blind long obsession. what happened in october-december was good and the natural faith of SPX on long term but we saw the effect of a lack of event, the market just cannot assume bearishness without events whereas exagerated bullishness without event does not seem to be a problem, this permanent desequilibrium in equity market will be a permanent hurdle for bears even if we all know that the best thing that could occur to SPX is a mega downside correction, but it is not poiltically correct ...

@lapin_eliott, Thanks for the comment Lapin. What ever Black Swan event will probably start in the credit markets. Then the trading Bots will turn that into a nice little panic sell-off. My recommendation would be to buy that, because it will probably snap back at mind numbing speed. Whatever, it will be something nobody expects. But OUR JOB, as Elliott Wave Investors, is to identify the waves, and then believe what we see. We've seen the A-Wave bottom in December. We are witnessing the B-Wave top somewhere in here. We have to Trust Ourselves, and Our Knowledge, and expect the C-Wave sell-off in this Simple B-Wave Flat that is forming, And profit from it. Good Luck! Let's Make Some Money!

@Cincinnatuus, THE EVENT (trade talks stalling) is conveniently falling from the sky

@lapin_eliott, Lol, looks like the X-wave. Maybe it will all fall apart after the final y/5 - wave up...
