there is a rule - each down GAP should be filled before REAL downtrend. I believe in this.

Not yet! Still there's between 2848-2851.5 unfilled. double check & use a smaller range chart - 15 mins chart

I hope now you can see that there was GAP as described , the area you are refering to is not a GAP.
