I see your 4 - 5 as a wave 1 of a higher degree wave 5. I believe we are in a wave 2 of 5 with a target of 2900. Ultimately Im seeing an SP500 peak at 5k. Then we crash badly.

Elliot waves are trash, only viewable after the fact prices have moved. This market will continue to rally for at least 15-18 months, but volatility will certainly pick up with a correction of 50-60% likely BEFORE, the next absolute peak. 2020-2040 will be comparable to 1930-1950 with the DJ's massive consolidating range and macroeconomic shocks. The current global environment is similar to the 1960s prior to the major headwinds felt in the 1970s, but with this massive price appreciation and continuous passive flows from accounts, it is this combination of factors that will make the next 20yrs extremely volatile and profoundly interesting for trading.
