hard to say, but I wouldn't agree to another leg up.
Fundamentals are worsening by the day, especially junk bonds.

just to expans on that, we've been in an earnings recession for several qtrs and tightening should be a bullish catalyst. Junk bonds are doing poorly bc of exposure to basic mats and energy, which comprise a large portion of the junk. IMV this is throroughly discounted by the market.

overall, weve been in a time based, not price based market correction.

According the BoAML, this is the lowest equity exposure in years - not only that but average fund cash is at levels seen in 08, and 11.

Macro picture is mixed to bull. Manufacturing at a 8 yr high, while total inventories grow. Generally youd surmise when both aare going up producers see increase in demand.

I hope you already know it, but you have violated all the possible rules for the Elliott Wave Principle above, but one.

As there are only three rules I think it's pretty amazing that your count has managed to violate them all, but one. Just to sum them up they are.
1: Wave 4 must not overlap wave 1 - Yours do
2: Wave 3 can never be the shortest - Yours are
3: Wave 2 can not go below the start of wave 1 - The only one that follow the rule.

If I'm not mistaken, another rule is that a motive wave has to be composed by 5 subwaves, and, if I'm seeing correctly, there are only three subwaves inside your proposed wave (1), so perhaps it could be a zigzag wave A instead.

Can't agree more. Wave 5 of the leading expanding diagonal is on. The target is either 1730 or 1560, we'll see how it goes.
