Major resistance of the H&S neckline from last months drop, 4HR MACD showing bearish divergence, volume declining on Daily during this rally from recent lows and we just hit 50MA on Daily are some things to consider but I'm not a pro trader.

Better to wait and see what happens. 1D chart is on a rising wedge. Majority of times it is bearish until a major news gets in. Also, we're at or very close to a major resistance now. I'd hold positions.
